As we sell services, returns policy is not applicable for our business

SECTION 2 – REFUNDS

There are no refunds normally in fact there is a contract and advance payments needed. We can consider a refund on an individual and exceptional case to case basis after personal discussion with the client.

If the discussion results in issuing a refund, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Refunds in case of cancellations
  1. 48 hours and before the scheduled appointments, if there is a cancellation, 75% of the total paid amount will be refunded
  2. Within 24 hours prior to the appointment, 50%
  3. Within 12 hours prior to the appointment, 25% &
  4. Within 6 hours prior to the appointment there is no refund, however terms & conditions apply. 

There may be an exception made on an individual circumstance, but only after a discussion with the management. We hold the right to the final decision.

If for some unforeseen reason a booking is cancelled from our side, the whole amount will be returned.

Late refunds

Refunds normally take 7-8 business days to reflect in your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@laaughingbuddha.com
